The Canterbury Tales by Geoffrey Chaucer, written in the late 14th century, is a collection of stories told by a group of pilgrims on their journey to the shrine of Thomas Becket in Canterbury Cathedral. This hardcover edition was published by Random House, The Modern Library in the United States in 1929. The exterior is very worn but the book itself is in relatively good condition.
Would make a lovely shelf item for a nursery or decor piece for a children's room.
