The Velvetone Company was a San Francisco-based screen-printing business that pioneered the screen-printing technique in the early 1910s. The company was known for its high-quality, artistic output, often collaborating with notable artists and brands of the time (such as Maurice Del Mue and Levi Strauss Co.). These two sets are assumed to be from the early 1970's (based on research), and are in excellent condition. Each set contains 10 envelopes and 10 cards, the envelopes measuring 13.1cm. by 9.3cm. and the cards measuring 9cm. X 12.1cm.
